hanged your mind before your order has shipped? No problem — send us a message ASAP, and if we haven’t sent your item yet, we’ll cancel and refund your order straight away. Already received your order but need to exchange it? We offer size exchanges (when stock is available) or credit notes for returned items in original, unworn condition, returned within 14 days of delivery. You’ll need to cover return postage, and we recommend using a trackable service. Unfortunately, we can’t accept returns on vinyl records that have been opened unless they’re faulty — but if your LP skips or arrives damaged, we’ve got your back.
Ticket Sales & Gig Policy
When you book a ticket to a The Bunnies gig, you're securing a spot at one of our magical live shows — and we can’t wait to see you there! All ticket sales are final and non-refundable, unless the event is cancelled, rescheduled, or significantly changed (in line with Victorian Consumer Guarantees). If a show is cancelled, we’ll issue a full refund automatically to the original payment method. If a gig is rescheduled, your ticket will still be valid for the new date — but if you can’t make it, just let us know within 7 days of the new announcement, and we’ll do our best to help.
We don’t currently offer refunds for change of mind, but if you can’t attend, you’re welcome to pass your ticket on to a friend (just make sure their name is on the door if it's a ticketed list). Be sure to check all event details before you book — venues, dates, age restrictions, and special conditions may apply. And as always, bring your best vibes — it’s a Bunny gig, after all
