At The Bunnies Studio, we’re proud to bring you our official merch and music straight from the source — no middle bunnies here! Every product listed on our Revlrr studio is described as accurately as possible, including materials, sizing, production details, and availability. We aim to provide clear, honest listings so you know exactly what you're getting. If you have any questions before you buy, hop into our inbox — we’re happy to help! Refund Policy

We want you to love what you receive — but if something’s gone wrong, we’ll make it right. If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, you’re entitled to a full refund under Victorian Consumer Law. Just get in touch with us within 7 days of receiving your order, include your order details and a quick photo of the issue, and we’ll get it sorted quick-smart. Refunds will be processed using your original payment method. Please note that we don’t offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect sizing — so double-check that size guide before you hit 'buy'!

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

hanged your mind before your order has shipped? No problem — send us a message ASAP, and if we haven’t sent your item yet, we’ll cancel and refund your order straight away. Already received your order but need to exchange it? We offer size exchanges (when stock is available) or credit notes for returned items in original, unworn condition, returned within 14 days of delivery. You’ll need to cover return postage, and we recommend using a trackable service. Unfortunately, we can’t accept returns on vinyl records that have been opened unless they’re faulty — but if your LP skips or arrives damaged, we’ve got your back.Ticket Sales & Gig PolicyWhen you book a ticket to a The Bunnies gig, you're securing a spot at one of our magical live shows — and we can’t wait to see you there! All ticket sales are final and non-refundable, unless the event is cancelled, rescheduled, or significantly changed (in line with Victorian Consumer Guarantees). If a show is cancelled, we’ll issue a full refund automatically to the original payment method. If a gig is rescheduled, your ticket will still be valid for the new date — but if you can’t make it, just let us know within 7 days of the new announcement, and we’ll do our best to help.We don’t currently offer refunds for change of mind, but if you can’t attend, you’re welcome to pass your ticket on to a friend (just make sure their name is on the door if it's a ticketed list). Be sure to check all event details before you book — venues, dates, age restrictions, and special conditions may apply. And as always, bring your best vibes — it’s a Bunny gig, after all
